Arthdal Chronicles, a Netflix drama starring Song Joong-Ki and Kim Ji-Won, will be adapted into a webtoon. Furthermore, the drama will be turned into an MMORPG game. The drama’s unique elements, such as races, tribes, cities, and civilizations, will be reborn through games and webtoons.
Studio Dragon, the creators of Arthdal Chronicles, will collaborate with Studio Y Lab to create the webtoon. Studio Y Lab is best known for its Super String Universe, which includes the upcoming webtoon drama Island.
Netmarble will create the game version of Arthdal Chronicles. Netmarble announced on January 27th that they are working with Studio Dragon to prepare for the Arthdal Chronicles MMORPG, which is set to launch in 2023.
The Netflix original drama Arthdal Chronicles premiered in 2019. It’s a fantasy film about the fateful stories of heroes in the ancient land of Arth. It was one of the big-budget K-dramas starring well-known actors.
The main characters were portrayed by Song Joon-Ki (The Youngest Son of a Conglomerate), Kim Ji-Won, Jang Dong-Gun, and Kim Ok-Vin.
