Actor Koo Kyo-Hwan has been chosen as the model for the best-selling novel and webtoon “Under the Oak Tree.” The original novel, “Under the Oak Tree,” was written by Kim Suji and tells the story of Maxi, a daughter of the Croyso family who is forced by her father to marry a peasant knight. The novel was ranked as the best seller in the Sword & Sorcery Fantasy eBooks category on Amazon. The Kindle edition is now available.

Synopsis of Under the Oak Tree
Maximilian (Maxi) was born as Duke Croyso’s eldest daughter, and she has suffered mental and physical trauma as a result of her father’s abuse.
