Along with the release of the drama “Jinxed At First,” the original webtoon began serializing an extended story of the main characters, Gong Soo-Kwang and Lee Seul-Bi.
At the end of the webtoon “The Jinx’s Lover,” Soo-Kwang finally breaks Seul-Bi’s necklace and removes her curse. As a result, Seul-Bi doesn’t have a shaman ability anymore and can live her life normally. Soo-Kwang’s bad luck is also lifted, and he finally finds a good job.
The sequel story begins with the wedding of Soo-Kwang and Seul-Bi. They soon have exciting news: Seul-Bi is pregnant. Seul-Bi is obviously happy, but she is also concerned that her child will have the shaman ability.
She is relieved when her daughter Sae-Bom is born without a necklace. However, the necklace appears when Sae-Bom is 100 days old.
Soo-Kwang and Seul-Bi are constantly trying to conceal their daughter’s necklace, but someone learns about it. Seon Dong Shik, Seon Min-Joon’s cousin, wants to know if Sae-Bom has a magical necklace and sends someone to find out.
The plan was for him to simply check the necklace, but he ends up kidnapping Sae-Bom because she jumps into a car to find her favorite toy.
Soo-Kwang and Seul-Bi discover that Dong-Shik kidnapped their daughter and rush into his office. While Dong-Shik pretends he is unaware of Sae-Bom, Seul-Bi threatens him with her shaman ability.
Dong-Shik does not believe her because he knows Seul-Bi’s necklace was broken. But somehow, Seul-Bi is still wearing her shaman necklaces and predicts the future in front of him.
Seul-Bi’s necklace is a fake one, but it serves its purpose. Dong-Shik regrets what he did to Seul-Bi and her daughter. He apologizes to Soo-Kwang and Seul-Bi, saying he didn’t mean to kidnap their daughter.
Sae-Bom has returned, but her parents appear to be concerned about another matter: Sae-Bom has a crush on a kindergarten boy.
Will the boy be another Jinxed Lover like Soo-Kwang was?
