Park Sang-Hoon, best known for the drama “Show Window: The Queen’s House,” has been cast in the upcoming webtoon-based drama “Tomorrow.” Park Sang-Hoon plays the grim reaper Park Joong-gil (Lee Soo-Hyuk)’s childhood in the drama.
Park Joong-gil appears as an elite grim reaper in the Guiding Management Team in “Tomorrow.” He is very strict with the rules and often disagrees with the crisis management team’s leader, Goo Ryun.
In the original webtoon, Park Joong-gil briefly recalls his past. Due to a series of mishaps in his past, Park Joong-gil dislikes and does not understand people who want to commit suicide.
Given that Goo Ryun’s crisis management team focuses on saving people who try to commit suicide, it stands to reason that Park Joong-gil frequently clashes with Goo Ryun’s team.
The role Park Sang-hoon plays is a new character in the drama because Park Joong-gil’s childhood has not yet been revealed in the original webtoon. It would be interesting to see what influenced Park Joong-gil’s personality to become cold-blooded in the drama “Tomorrow.”
