The teaser posters for the upcoming drama I Haven’t Done My Best Yet have been revealed. The drama I Haven’t Done My Best Yet is based on the Japanese comic I’ll Give It My All… Tomorrow. The drama production includes the majority of the stories from the original comics. In the drama, Park Hae-Joon (The World of the Married) plays the protagonist, Nam Geum Pil. He’s the type of person who has lived his life by claiming that he didn’t do his best in any failure.
I Haven’t Done My Best Yet Synopsis
Nam Geum Pil, 40, shares a home with his father and a young daughter. He makes the decision to quit his job one day. Criticism from members of his family is nothing to him. When he needs a drink, he scrounges it up from his friend. Meanwhile, Nam Geum Pil learns about a male neighbor who appears to be unemployed but who in fact earns a substantial income as a webcomic writer. Nam Geum Pil then decides to pursue a career as a comic book writer.
Manga I’ll Give It My All… Tomorrow
The Japanese manga I’ll Give It My All… Tomorrow is written and drawn by Shunju Aono. The manga was serialized between 2007 and 2012. Similar to the drama adaptation, the manga tells the story of Shizuo, a 40-year-old who quits his job and embarks on a new career path as a manga artist. The original manga, I’ll Give It My All… Tomorrow was adapted into a Japanese drama in June 2013 with the same title.
The drama I Haven’t Done My Best Yet will premiere on TVING on February 18th, 2022.
